Order Inquiries

SUSI Studio customer service is handled on behalf of SUSI Studio by Church of Merch.

For any issues related to your order, please visit support.churchofmerch.com to submit a request. Request button is on the top right corner the webpage when you visit the site.

Once you create a customer service ticket, a member of the Church of Merch customer service staff will get back to you as quickly as possible. All tickets are answered within 1­-3 business days.

Before creating a customer service ticket, please read through the SUSI Studio store policies and our FAQ section first. SUSI Studio policies are different from and completely independent of Church of Merch general store policies and customer service policies.

Please do not email the general SUSI Studio contact email or Direct Message on Instagram for customer service, as this may cause a delay in servicing your issue. For direct questions about your order, contact us at support@churchofmerch.com. Please have the order number and name of the person who purchased the item(s) on hand when you do.

If you need immediate support please contact Church of Merch customer service by phone at 213-258-9437. Please keep in mind we will still have you create a ticket at support.churchofmerch.com.

Return Policy

SUSI Studio will accept returns for items mailed and postmarked within 14 days of receipt, as long as the shoes and packaging are returned in its original condition.

To return shoes within 14 days, please re­-pack the shoes with care, fill out the return slip enclosed and visit support.churchofmerch.com to create a request ticket. You will then be contacted with mailing instructions.

SUSI Studio will provide Free returns for all domestic customers within the United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. If you are outside the contiguous United States, you must return the item(s) back to us at your own cost as we cannot provide a free shipping label.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. However we are happy to assist with a free return and re-order. Please create a ticket at support.churchofmerch.com and a Customer Service liason will assist you.

Security & Privacy

SUSI Studio takes your security and privacy seriously and maintains all possible measures to protect customer information. All financially sensitive transactional data is protected by encryption during transit and data transfer points are authenticated with SSL certificates. We do not store your credit card information.

SUSI Studio is the sole owner of information collected on this site. This information will under no circumstances be distributed to third parties except as necessary to fund and ship your order. This expressly includes a pledge not to sell our customer or mailing lists.
